Become a Licensed Public Adjuster

Why you should choose Public Adjuster Academy X

Our managing partner Mike Flores started from scratch and built a roofing and restoration company that did over $100 million in sales. Our partner and instructor Nick Samson has been licensed as a Public adjuster for over 26 years and is a top candidate across the country to represent some of the largest insurance claims resulting from Hurricanes and fires.

Mike previously ran Neighborhood Adjusters, one of the busiest public adjuster firms in the Midwest at its peak — handling thousands of claims every month.

Nick has personally adjusted claims exceeding $20 million, including the high-profile Second City Comedy Club fire that made national headlines.

Mike later launched a nationwide adjusting company, expanding coast to coast before selling his businesses in 2019. Mike and Nick were introduced to each other from their mutual first-party litigation lawyers in 2016 and quickly became a nationally recognized team in the competitive large-loss market.

“I wasn’t guessing — I was learning directly from the best. I invested over $100k per year to work side-by-side with top first-party insurance attorneys — including an office inside their firm and a monthly retainer for direct access. That’s the foundation of everything we teach today.”

Nick brings his unmatched expertise in damage assessment and field negotiations with direct experience opposing Insurance adjusters, engineers and carriers that handled both The World Trade Center disasters and The Superdome Hurricane Katrina claim in New Orleans.

25 of Mike’s former employees now run their own companies.

In 2024 alone, they did over $100 million combined.
Hundreds of students have gotten licensed and launched and now have real careers through his prior and now our current program.

You’re not just getting a license — you’re learning from two industry leaders who’ve built, led, and lived this.
